Reasonable logic. Meanwhile the ongoing production will enable NVX to correct any design faults in their process and iron out any bugs e.g the cooling tower problems they have corrected to date. With all the capital movement in this sector one feels it is only a matter of time before someone comes up with a concrete supply contract of note. When the production facility has been operating for some time and with the DPMG process installed then the alternate of simply signing a royalty contract will be much enhanced by a "walkthrough" of the facility by clients, both literal and on paper.
