From what I understand the next process is the (IRA) being signed off by the House, House Speaker Nanci Pelosi has stated recently that once the Bill was passed by the Senate the house would immediately sign it off.
From there the President signs it off.
So even though this is not 100% its about as close as it could be.
Just a formality process now.
