Then factor in this doesn't account for the highly likely expansion to capitalise on P66 Humber refinery in the UK to expand an additional 80Ktpa, or the cathode line currently being proven which the CEO has stated could be as big or bigger than the anode side of the business.
The IP for DPMG has been valued at over $1b in an of itself.
So no. Not over priced. In fact, my opinion is that it is ludicrously cheap - if you've got the patience.
