And it's a cost share. DOE put in % and Novonix put in a % totaling up to 100%. And DOE will put in as much as the grant was awarded for. So if it's a 50/50 cost share and the new facility will cost $350m in total and the grant awarded was for $175m then Novonix needs to also put in $175m over the term of the grant.
