@Burty85 has pointed us to the possibility of NVX involvement with the North River Commerce Center (formerly Dupont). Tonight I found a few more tidbits. Rise was also attached to the deal for Big Blue. The architecture/engineering firm designing the North River Center is called Barge. Nothing conclusive to tie all this together.
Any new facility will need a massive amount of power.
