That's what I read & makes me wonder if there's still only one Gen 2 Furnace at corporate place.
"Furnace lines" is very different to Furnaces.
I can't find anything to suggest there is more than one Gen 2 furnace.
Also the decision to purchase the Gen 3 Furnaces was rapid considering they were still in the process of bringing the Gen 2 Furnace on line.
I remember reading somewhere the benefits of the Gen 3 Furnace was the ability to keep it at a constant temperature when introducing the feedstock.
So yes was related to its efficiency over the Gen 2.
