NVX was a penny stock when it was a natural graphite potential miner...not a world class synthetic graphite producer which it is building up to be right now...im not investing based on what the central bankers do..im investing based on the fundamentals of NVX and what they are currently building and plan to build...if NVX had $500k in the bank and no prospects for any future growth then I would agree with you that NVX would be headed back down below $1...but they don't..they have plenty of cash..customers lined up ready to take there product once facilities are built and product produced
