If his PT is closer to the SP by close on December 24th you agreed to not post on NVX again until the SP hits your price target. If your PT is closer to the SP on December 24th I won't post again until it hits his PT.
For the avoidance of doubt, that means the share price will need to be closer to 99c than $3.50 on December 24th for you to win; that is you only need a share price of 2.24 or less on December 24th to win. With your supreme confidence that the SP will be below $1 you'll surely accept the bet, right? There's incredible macroeconomic headwinds at the moment, plus EV and battery related stocks are heavily shorted, so you'll never have a better chance of hitting your price target than right now.
