Ultium Cells (GM and LG joint venture) just secured USD 2.5 billion for 3 US gigafactories to be built across the US.
As I have stated before, our CAPEX of approximately billion to build out 30,000TPA, with the facility able to expand to 75,000TPA will not be done by by majority CR, but with DoE Loan program.
Having multiple Tier 1 EV battery manufacturers locking in multi year supply contracts will satisfy DoE Loan requirements and keep dilution to a minimum.
