being an optimist are they saying they are diverting there funds to use for the greenfield project so they can unlock the government grant.
Management have now said they will begin construction in the first half of 23, which is not far away. In an environment where it is hard to raise cash it seems like this project is very advanced if they are beginning construction in under 6 months. could they pull this off if they didn't have a customer ready for the material. How could they possibly get this huge project off the ground if there is no customer.
If this is shovel ready there needs to be a lot of information released in the next few months. This keeps going around in my head.
