Never have seen any such information about retesting / recertification every time a manufacturer makes a change in its procedures . If this is true I don’t see how they can grow with the demand.
secondly, I have seen where burns said there are 3 stage to certification with each stage taking 6-9 months. This is why I call him a liar because he also said we would be producing product last month. Look at the dates of his quotes , do the math the production schedule could never have been met.
