Yep clarity/ transparency is the number one issue at this point in time - perhaps with the exception of some key insiders, nobody knows what's going on inside RS, nor whether the DoE loan is being matched, how the greenfield facility will be funded (or indeed whether it will at all), progression on cathode commissioning etc... etc.... While there are many possibilities for all of these, the company is doing its best not to communicate any of this. Why is this so...? Only time will tell.
