You weren't complaining about the BOD when they voluntarily bought AUD16.5 million worth of shares @ $2.90 a share via a share placement in May 2021 (when they could have bought on market at around $2). The respective board members own far more shares than you do and have a lot more to gain or lose by the success or failure of the company than you. Of course you're pissed off about the SP - as am I, but I don't blame the board. Just as I don't give them credit for the share price reaching $12. It was a ridiculous price and there was no justification for it, so keep comparing the current price to the all time high is not valid IMHO.
