Novonix has supply agreement in the works with Sanyo / Panasonic.
If you read over the companies media releases, there is verbiage stating:
"MOU for shared technology"
Now, to me, that looks and sounds like a sure and fast way to scale production with Sanyo. Who do they make batteries for, let everyone connect the dots there.
That said, we are at the stage where Sanyo has been testing Novonix anode for the past 2 years.
Will we see that MOU conversion to supply agreement this week?? Maybe, maybe not. Just as GE points out, just one large scaling contract will put us at over 1 billion MC very quickly.
Dont let BD take away from the bigger picture.
