I think it's not so much his criticism of the stock that caught flack, but his unstable, shallow, baseless criticism and opinion. Just have a look at the screenshots below, this is from the same person from the same day. He is either on a spectrum or there's multiple users using that account.....it has to be one or the other, I'm hoping it is the latter.
