This is a great question.
My guess would be another strategic investment, ie CR by P66 or an EV manufacturer. This could be the reason Novonix pushed hard for the NASDAQ listing.
Other options are US DOE Loans program, but unsure if that criteria would enable those funds to expand the business outside of North America....
There is also the option to lease out Novonix Proprietary Technology of DPMG and the designs of the Gen 3 furnaces, taking a royalty without any capital expenditure.
Setting up in the UK or EU would require a lot of additional staff, leasing out the technology would be the simplest solution, but would it be the best solution for long term $$ coming back to the company??
