Although my rather short-term PT for NVX is below $1, I definitely don't think NVX is a good buy at this price level. Once NVX returns to penny stock status, it is vital to pay attention to the on-going developments (or the lack thereof) to see whether NVX comes out with anything remotely material (i.e. anything that ensures imminent cash flows), or it will continue falling further, which would be further evidence to the fact that it was just a massive pump and dump.
