I think was actually that NVX modified they furnace design and was required to revisit the validation process. You are only speculating and by stating that the ONLY reason that makes sense is that they failed to meet specified criteria is misleading. AGAIN, NVX is the leading company for validation of battery materials, I find it hard to believe that they would have sent product that wasn't to standard.
