Take it slow, they must first prove that they can make revenue and profit, until then their only real option of raising cash is dilution, because stock holders are believers and bank is not. First stage for TLG is to get up and running 19.000 tpa anode project by 2023, obviously pilot plant will be financed by the shareholders. Then it depends on the SP, no one really cares that Tesla is raising $5B, at this confidence levels only an idiot would go to the bank for a loan. Dilution will happen, but it can only to certain degree. For second stage 100.000 tpa they will have more options of financing and we will probably see a mix of loans and CR.

NVX is further ahead, so you see light in low cost loans, but nothing is certain, dilution will still happen, even if the company makes good revenue and is profitable.

Let's leave it that, I see I didn't get any answers on NVX, just a spitting on TLG.

Novonix is already in volume production for their Puregraphite anode and deliveries set to start imminently, in time for Samsung April battery production in SKorea.

This will provide Novonix with strong sales income and profit, in addition to the existing $A5-6million Novonix already receives for its Battery Testing Services each year.

They wont be diluting shares, unlike TLG. Good Luck to you and Fantasyboy with your TLG investment.
