Sure has felt like a very long time. Kinda reminds me about Kore Power, did some testing years ago, then they became our first commercial customer for NAM at scale. I honestly thought that Kore and Novonix parted ways the gap was so long between news.
Emera Technologies use EnerDel as their cell manufacturer in the US.
EnerDel use a combination of natural graphite and synthetic graphite in their cells. It is possible that Novonix may be testing with EnerDel and lead to a commercial supply contract in the future.
Novonix is also doing a lot of R&D on the battery packs for Emera Technologies, but most of the information that is publicly available is limited for us atm.
Either way, Emera is a multi billion engery company with deep roots in North America, having them and Phillips 66 in our mix is a great sign of things to come.
