_Independent valuation is of no value
_Independent valuation back in June valued company between $... to $...

_Current Ceo under investigation in Hong Kong

If anyone has the reasons why the board last time wrote why we should reject last offer

This is just an idea.needs a lot of work
Hopefully by placing ad it might make somone sit up and take notice
