Here's an Exxaro June 2013 IO presentation to read through as well;

You'll note is that there is no mention of EQX, only Exxaro's target of 10mtpa by 2017 (Pg 12) and how the rail can be upgraded to a capacity of 10mtpa (Pg 20).
The Phased Project Development slide (Pg 15) is interesting, starting with 360ktpa in 2013 and scaling up to 2mtpa in 2014. Sounds familiar!
The Logistics slide (Pg 21) shows all of the equipment in country for phase 1A (360ktpa), and that they are ready to commence with the rail upgrade. Van Rooyen stated in his interview in my opening post that for phase 1A, only minimal track work needed to be done.
There's no mention of any OPEX in the presentation though, which is frustrating. It could have given a guide as to what EQX's may be around.
