I am not arguing for any particular completion date, it is already clear that I am more optimistic than most.

But of the things that one can cite as "evidence" (outside of "guidance") that CLQ has done "prematurely", besides the autoclaves, the one that really sticks out to me is the degree of employment that has been undertaken.

I am not referring to high-profile hires, like Tim Kindred and the head of the Regional Operations Manager.

I am talking about mid-level employees below that, who are being added to payroll.

A cynic may say, "This is more risky overhead they are taking on before being on solid ground."

True enough. But to me it indicates the CLQ believes operations are coming sooner rather than later.
