Where mining is going in Africa. Countries have had it with outside companies stealing their natural resources for a pittance--simple economic neocolonialism. Justifiably, these among the poorest countries in the world, are looking for higher mining taxes. As a CLQ shareholder, it was embarrassing when billionaire RF flew into the DRC, presumably in one of his private jets, to lobby against these poor folks keeping even a small percentage more of the value of their mineral resources.
