    @ChinaSyndrome and @skijapan.... what do you guys think about Vital? Seems like a good position to buy for long term.
    Close to markets (US..China) and they are very low cap working their way up slowly. Ex Lynas…. seems like management has an idea?
    Any thoughts, would be great in the up and coming NdPr race after seeing EU report that "china syn" supplied!!! I think US is starting something in Texas to refine....?
