Looked at that a while back, The big deterrent for me was the climate Saskatchewan is a fair way North and from what I can find the mine site is actually in the North West Territories. Bloody cold up there, so it will be difficult and costly to Mine ! Still it is another possible source of badly needed NdPr so it might be worth a look in 4-5 years time.
Mining in sub-zero temperatures introduces a whole heap of extra costs and woe betide any unplanned Equipment stoppage, once your oils and grease freeze it takes ages to thaw out any machinery without buggering up the seals and bearings ! Which is another reason I won't go near GGG.
