Hi Kid, I would not get too excited about a Myanmar freeze. My well placed contacts in that Country (ME2) inform me that Myanmar is mining very little Rare Earth and that the production numbers being published come mainly from Import/Export of material being Illegally mined in China and transited thru Myanmar to avoid the Authorities.

Now that the Generals have grabbed control they will be wanting to fill their own pockets as fast as possible so don't expect to see any disruption to that trade from the Burmese side of the border.
