Im pretty sure most publicly listed companies don't disclose their waste tailing proccess procedures as part of normal market disclosures.
not sure what you're getting at.
if there is a major problem between pensana and regulators it should and would be disclosed as market sensitive information, but there is no problem, so therefore no disclosure....
