I would certainly hope so, we invest in Africa because the risks are greater and therefore the corresponding rewards are greater. ?
Not that Australia / Canada and the USA are not without Risk (Greenies, Native Title, Unions, Wage costs, EPA and OH&S Regulation); So like any form of Investment/Gambling it is up to the Individual to assess the level of Risk that they are prepared to accept for any given return. And as with betting on the GG's always picking the favourite is not a guaranteed path to winning. ( Especially when the Bookies/Brokers have their own plan ) !
