Either you English-Chinese translator is slow or you just don't bother to read and understand ? So in answer to your simplistic bit of FUD :
Pay them,
1) ASWF and M&G have now committed themselves to supporting Pensana for the next two years;
2) There is now enough cash in the kitty for at least another six months operations.
3) Incoming receipts from HMG should provide another ~ US$10M (ATF and tax-relief).
