I don't entirely agree with you on a capital raise next year. SW will not let the cash get to low and will take the cash if it's offered. The last 2 raises come after SW said they didn't need to raise and was seen by many posters at the time to be 2 strikes from poorly timed/conducted raises. Hope your right and we get news first, problem is Institutions want some fat.
