BSX forbade it's employees from buying shares on account of them having knowledge of partnership negotiations. Ecopro subsequently became the focus of a criminal investigation because their board members allegedly bought shares in their own company whilst in the possession of information relating to partnership negotiations. Their entire Board resigned as a result. We just weren't dodgy enough to be their partners in my opinion. That is a good thing. Good riddance to them all. With a foot to their rear end
