The NATO Parliamentary Assembly yesterday voted to proclaim Russia as a "Terrorist State". The Council Of Europe also, recently, voted in favour of a similar Resolution."NATO Parliamentary Assembly has adopted a resolution urging member of the alliance to designate Russia “under the current regime” as a terrorist state.
Resolution 479 was adopted on November 21. Like other NATO Parliamentary Assembly resolutions, it isn’t binding and represents a recommendation to NATO members.
The resolution also calls for the creation of “an international tribunal” that would prosecute Russia for war crimes against Ukraine. The document urges member states to collaborate in making Russia pay “full reparations” to Ukraine, by establishing an “international compensation mechanism.”
A separate Resolution 478 adopted by the assembly urged the alliance “to hold Russian leaders accountable for any war crimes that they have committed,” calling for the creation of a special tribunal for prosecuting the acts of aggression against Ukraine.
RUSSIA MOVES TOWARDS ‘TERRORIST STATE’ DESIGNATION
Earlier, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a similar resolution for declaring Russia a “state sponsor of terrorism.”
The parliaments of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Czechia have all referred to Russia under its current regime as a terrorist state".

The UN General Assembly voted, 14.11, in favour of a Resolution that requires Russia to pay reparations for its brutal invasion of Ukraine- but this Resolution will be vetoed by Russia, & almost certainly by China, in the UN Security Council.

The International Court Of Justice (based in The Hague, Holland) has appointed it own multinational Investigators to investigate numerous charges of War Crimes against Ukrainian civilians, by Russia.
Russia is the world's largest supplier of Ni sulphides- but due to the Ni shortage, no sanctions on its huge Ni exports have been made against it.
IMO, there will be increasing international calls for bans on Russian Ni exports in the near term. If implemented, this would obviously make Ni much more scarce- & benefit BSX.
