This was announced on Feb 15, 2022. Now the plant is planned for 2027.
Its obviously all about the Refinery and yes im more than happy for Blackstone to use 3rd party feed. It just seems a lot of $$$ has gone into PFS DFS studies for 8 mpta processor that has now been put back a few years.
A dilutive raise is coming because of miss managed funds and changing timelines.
