Exactly, I ran the numbers on AXN years ago, formerly GME.

Dirty laterite project with insane capex that has had pfs revamped to pump EV thematic.

I also doubt it will survive, either neighbouring Glencore will buy it for next to nothing when opportunity arrives or if by some miracle the project gets into production it will be via Glencores existing infrastructure for a nice fat percentage ofcourse.

It appears to me that the non-binding mou with VinEs hold no substance and is basically meaningless but more so an attempt to bring attention or potential buyer to the project.
