Fool me once, twice, thrice.... he can't control the partners decisions and clearly doesn't have any firm commitments, so continuing to indicate a likelihood of a partner signing within 3 months is fairly irresponsible, as the previous times had been. Once/if a partner signs, surprise on the upside and not lose all credibility through the process. If no partner at investment decision stage start the existing concentrator and build up the business and cashflow at a scale fit for a $70m market cap(or lower at that stage). I'm still hoping to be surprised here with a partner signing, but his interviews on routine trips to Korea don't carry much creditability until that point.
