yes, my understanding is existing concentrator was started just enough to process the test tonnage into the pilot along with 3rd party samples from trafigura. per video SW comment was they will need to spend about $10-20m to fully restart the existing for commercial use at its capacity, as a worst case downside scenario. They are not making money on the existing concentrator as there isn't a need to spend $10-20m on that scenario....yet! unless i missed something...
