It’s a matter of when not if IMO. His just creating a green nickel narrative that suits the current green policy climate we are in. I don’t reckon any person could get a whole refinery built, get all the permit approvals in place, get partners and offtakes locked in, round up near a billion dollars in funds for CAPEX and have it all done in the next 2 years. Refinery itself will take longer than 2 years from beginning of build to commission stage.
