Interesting. The finalized DFS may have been an investment criteria for the partners we're courting. This tells us that the DFS is effectively complete excluding the partnership funding but also that if a partner is to be part of the published DFS, they would need to be pretty happy with the outcome and be willing to commit in a short timeframe.
DFS before a partner may be a higher probability than a DFS with a partner if we're to get news this month would be my guess.
