Vietnam will eventually have it's own nickel refinery but I hope they're not in a rush. The battery market is in oversupply territory as the demand curve falls from economic conditions and escalating conflict. Rare earths looks like a good bet if we can get on it but is it a hail mary pass?. Nickel will come good again and by that time we'll likely have progressed through the red tape nightmare that operating in Vietnam apparently offers to have been awarded at least one more exploration tenement to help the business case for the refinery. It's ridiculous what occurred with Chim Van.
