    Hope so. I'm not sure why they didn't just do one raise. The SP was always going to fall to the raise price particularly after existing shareholders didn't take their full allocation. It's a big risky now for retail to take up the offer particularly with no fat and this close to Christmas after taking it in the balls all year.
