The $12,000 was the stated production cost (by SW 2 years ago) of 1 tonne of Ni from mine through refinery process.
When you say the extraction, refining and manufacturing of the metals required for NCM 811 is an additional phase with addition costings and profit forecasts you are stating the obvious.
