I don't understand the fixation on avoiding dilution, its reasonable to expect a level of dilution as capital is raised to develop mines, build factories to get the revenue (2bn or 3bn NPV or double it if they double the size).
It creates a level of uncertainty but I cant see any third party providing 100% of finance without an equity contribution, - be nice if they did.
