If nothing material is announced till the end of the month and the retail SPP fails (as it should), I will reach out to Deutsche Balaton to consider starting the 249d process. Hopefully, an extraordinary AGM then can be held as early as March to vote about spilling the board.
It will be surely a transformational year for BSX, one way or another, but at least something will happen after years of storytelling and misuse of shareholder funds.
