The relevant points are the mass trial involving 84 other people here, not just Lan, and the effect on foreign investors caused by the current 'go slow' by Vietnamese beaurocrats in regards to approving anything because they don't want to be scrutinized under this current drive. Just like the Chairman of VTRE was scrutinized as soon as the RE auction was announced.
