Neglecting to establish cashflow was a grievous error of judgement in years past. As for the nickel price Ta Khao would be profitable in the current price range though it's been stated that $20k would be ideal. As for securing a partner it seems that the tide might be turning there as Vietnam is acknowledging foreign investors have been hesitant to invest further in the country, adopting a wait and see approach and in some cases suspending expansion of their manufacturing operations. Now that the Government is addressing this by offering incentives to invest in projects the size of Ta Khao it is likely potential partners will look closer at the project IMO. Not expecting anything overnight and this is only a draft document being reported on at this stage but it's not like BSX is being chased out of the country so that's a plus
