The Germans aren't full. They are hoovering up any loose shares in the 30s, but they are smart enough and patient enough to not push the price up. Just leaving some lazy 50K buy orders at various price points and then sniping any volume of value when it shows up on weak days. From my understanding, they only need to release a change of sub holder notice when there has been a +1% movement in their holdings i.e. every 3.3 million share increase or decrease.

One has to remember the Germans were a significant buyer at 50c.

Once the PFS is out and Ecopro have signed on the dotted line for funding of the first DBU, then we will see momentum. That should be followed by third party funding of DBUs 2-4.
