Haha, little they know that they would achieve more publicity if one of their PR person wrote a nice pumping post on Reddit.
Jokes aside, I assume they are trying to target wealthy investors, who may watch the game. I have doubts about this and I honestly think that it's not the best use of shareholder money. However, I have never raised money for $100m+ mining projects, so let's see how is it gonna work out.
