Good on him i think. We are after leaders in our Country and he is giving it a go in a big way.
He is also using his own money to buy shares in the company where he is taking the risks.
From my view if you can understand you are not happy and that you are not doing what you want and then have the courage to move and keep trying to get the results you want it should be commended.
