SW stated at the beginning of August that it would be 3 to 6 months to finalize partnerships.

My understanding of this timeline is 3 months for the DFS which would take us to the end of October. Then 6 months (from the start of August 2023) to finalize partnerships which could potentially take us to the end of January 2024. That timeline makes sense to me as the Chinese new year begins in late January/ early February. Many organizations in Vietnam tend to square away their finances and future objectives prior to the Tet national holidays, so my expectation is for BSX to have partners and associated capital structure in a file before Tet 2024.

BSX are now playing for the best capital structure deal for their upstream and downstream enterprises. There are 20 -30 possible partners. SW has thus far avoided unnecessay dillution, and I believe he will deliver an exceptional deal for shareholders.

Further, I believe that partners will be more willing to get involved after the numbers have been crunched in the DFS. This is likely to happen quite quickly.

There is enough cash to see us through to Jan
